Major cast changes will take place in the smash hit Andrew Lloyd Webber musical “THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA” at Her Majesty’s Theatre in the West End from Monday 2 September 2013. Giving life to the histrionical diva, on it side, will Kelly Glyptis’s task, whose operatic experience features Madeleine, Cosi fan tutte and Le nozze di Figaro, and also musical theatre such as the North American tours of The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins and West Side Story.IN THE SMASH HIT ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER MUSICAL Returning to the show after previously being a member of the ensemble (as well as an understudy for this part) in the Brilliant Original, his other theatre credits include UK tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and also the international tours of Jersey Boys and Jesus Christ Superstar, apart from the TV credit Netflix’s The Crown. Matt Blaker will be the one in charge of playing the charming hero. Producers have just made official the two new additions to the West End team, who will be performing in the roles of Raoul, Vicomte de Chagny and Carlotta Giudicelli, respectively.
